I bought a Basso Astra in January 2011, confirmed availability with Fraser by phone before ordering at Shiny Bikes and two days later it was delivered. He was extremely helpful discussing how well the Basso builds up with the headset shell seating and the BB threads spot on and ready to accept the bearings. After debating over wheels I decided on Reynolds Assault and again immediate confirmation from Fraser of availability and delivery again on the second day. First class service and delivery plus great help and really friendly. A pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to recommend them
