Kinesis was established in 1989 and now has factories in the USA, Taiwan and China, producing frames and forks for many of the worlds leading, high performance bicycle manufacturers. Some of the major companies that depend on Kinesis craftsmanship are; GT, Raleigh, Trek, Santa Cruz, Haro, Kona, Jamis, K2, Felt, Storck, Commencal, Sunn and Ideal. They now offer a highly acclaimed range of frames and forks covering Road, MTB and Cyclocross. All the frames in our range are UK designed, in house at Upgrade Bikes LTD, because of this they can tailor make their frames to suit UK conditions and they are constantly updating their range to keep in touch with the latest materials, production techniques and riding styles.

Kinesis Crosslight Csix2 Frameset
This 100% new, Elite level, full carbon Monocoque frame is part of our ‘Advanced Development Program’ and builds on the success of the Italian made ‘Crosslight CSix’ that we developed for the ‘08’09 season. Once again we have worked in conjunction with top UK riders to help refine this frameset, UK Nat Champ Jody Crawforth has been heavily involved in testing, as has Stu Wearmouth. The CSix2 will be lighter, Stronger and more refined than it’s predecessor, with more mud clearance and an even better ride quality! The down tube is Octagonal in section and layed up to resist torsion, the top tube is shaped for comfortable carrying, the wishbone seat stays are slimmed down for comfort and the chainstays are deep-section for maximum power transmission.
